Football: ISU out to restart the run game against stout Oklahoma State

Jamison Lalk didn’t need to study film on Oklahoma State’s Emmanuel Ogbah to figure him out. He already had the defensive end pegged from seeing parts of a few games.

“He’s a big dude,” the Iowa State center said. “He’s a competitive dude. The guys on the edge are obviously going to have their hands full.”

So will the entire offensive line. The Cyclones will look to jump start the rushing attack against No. 5 Oklahoma State, the second best rush defense in the Big 12, on Saturday (2:30 p.m., ESPN).

“You have to bring your ‘A’ game,” Lalk said.
