Bryce Dejean-Jones, the UNLV transfer who stared for the 2014-15 Cyclones, was shot to death early Saturday morning in a Dallas apartment. Travis Hines of the Ames Tribune was the first to report the news of Dejean-Jones' passing.

During his short stint in Ames, Dejean-Jones started in 21 games while playing in 33 and was Iowa State's fourth leading scorer.
