IOWA CITY, Iowa -- Hawkeye Wrestling Club members Daniel Dennis and Bobby Telford were among the 102 athletes who qualified last weekend for the 2016 United States Olympic Wrestling Team Trials, hosted by the University of Iowa on April 9-10.
Dennis won the 57 kg/125.5 lb. men’s freestyle bracket, while Telford placed third at 125 kg/275 lbs. at the U.S. Senior National/Trials Qualifier in Las Vegas.
