W. Swimming. 2 Hawkeyes Set for USA Diving Olympic Team Trials

IOWA CITY, Iowa -- Two former University of Iowa divers -- Deidre Freeman-Huff and Addison Boschult -- will compete at the 2016 USA Diving Olympic Team Trials from June 18-26 in Indianapolis.

Freeman-Huff will dive in the preliminaries of the women's 3-meter springboard on Tuesday, June 21, beginning at 9 a.m. (CT). The semifinals will begin at 6 p.m. later that evening, while the finals will be contested Sunday, June 26, at 3:50 p.m.

As a collegian, Freeman-Huff was a two-time All-American before exploding in her post-Hawkeye career. The Grinnell, Iowa, native won the 2013 AT&T National Diving Championships and World Championship Trials in 3-meter and was runner-up in 1-meter in both events.
