BARABOO, Wisconsin -- The University of Iowa rowing program traveled to Wisconsin to compete in the Big Ten/Big 12 Double Dual this weekend, facing Kansas, Wisconsin’s Lightweight, Minnesota, and Oklahoma crews.
The weather was sunny and warm with a brisk headwind that grew progressively stronger through the day. Temperatures were in the mid 60s.
MORNING SESSION
The Hawkeyes opened racing against unranked Kansas and Wisconsin’s lightweight crews on Devil’s Lake, just south of the famous Wisconsin Dells. The Hawks contested all seven of the B1G Championship boat classes and posted six wins and one runner-up finish.
