The Hawkeyes are back in action and on the road this week as they head to East Lansing to take on the Michigan State Spartans. This is not your father’s Spartan team. Or your Spartan team for that matter. In the ~12 months since MSU came to Iowa City a season ago, they’ve turned over their coaching staff and a good slug of the roster. Add in the fact this is the opponent Cade McNamara last faced (for a cup of coffee) and things are poised to be quite a bit different than last year’s matchup.
