Now that we've covered the general expectations for a recruit based on their Rivals star ratings, I want to go back and do something similar to what I did in the first post of this series. I was curious to see which teams had been able to get the most and the least out of their respective recruits, so I calculated a few more sets of numbers in order to try and identify teams that were successful in the last eight seasons and teams that were not.
