Well, it’s official.
On Thursday, just hours after various conferences across the country canceled their men’s basketball tournaments, the NCAA announced that its winter and spring championships will not happen amidst public concern due of COVID-19.
In other words, no men’s or women’s March Madness.
And it’s not limited to just basketball, too. Spencer Lee won’t have a shot at another NCAA Championship. There won’t be a College World Series. The list goes on and on.
It’s a shame, too. Regarding men’s basketball, this team battled doubters and injuries all season to get to this point.
