10-0 FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER.
GIVE THE GOPHERS CREDIT. They had a terrific game plan for Iowa's defense. They came to Kinnick with an offense ranked in the 100s nationally but exploited Iowa's weak spots and pulled enough trickery to keep this one a nail biter. They also failed to turn the ball over too and never gave up. It's a rivalry game and that's what you should expect (4-5) record be damned.
Defensively, Minnesota made proper adjustments at halftime to slow Iowa's rush game and hold LeShun Daniels to 44 yards on 12 carries at one point for the half.
