The Hawkeyes picked up their first road win and their first Big Ten win of the season two weeks ago when they went to Minneapolis and ran all over the Minnesota Golden Gophers. Now Iowa gets to repeat the task of hitting the road in conference as they travel to Columbus, Ohio to take on the Ohio State Buckeyes.
It’s a place Iowa hasn’t had a win in since 1991, making it the only legacy Big Ten stadium where the dean of college coaches has never emerged victorious. But despite the lack of wins at the horseshoe, Iowa has not really been blown out by the Buckeyes save for the last trip to Columbus in 2022.
