Kelton Copeland is hot on the recruiting trail for #Swarm19 as Desmond Hutson, a three-star receiver out of Kansas City announced his commitment to the Hawkeyes Tuesday evening.
At 6-4, 190 lbs, Hutson is one of the larger receivers Iowa has targeted in awhile. He attended Iowa’s spring game in mid-April, and though he told reporters he wasn’t in any rush to make a decision, it appears as though the call to Iowa City was too great for Hutson.
Hutson plays for Raytown High School in Raytown, MO. As a junior he accumulated 14 touchdowns and 792 yards on 49 catches.
