Waggoner is the No. 1 player in the state of Iowa, and is projected to play defensive end, a spot where Iowa is absolutely feasting right now with Parker Hesse, AJ Epenesa and Anthony Nelson. The Hawkeyes will always be willing to add more bodies there. Waggoner is ranked as the No. 21 defensive end recruit in the nation.
