The Hawkeyes saw the departure of their best tight end in 2016 to the NFL, which means they have a big void to fill. The loss of George Kittle not only means that Iowa loses one of the most tenacious blocking tight ends the school has seen in recent memory, but also a solid receiving threat (22 receptions, 314 yards, 6 TD in 2016).
