At this rate, the Iowa football team may be basically done with recruiting by the time the 2019 season begins. Of course, recruiting is never actually done, but the Hawks are getting commits faster than I can keep up.
Last week the Hawks secured commitments from Largo, Florida teammates Quavon Matthews and Keylen Gulley.
This weekend, the Hawks locked two defensive backs in the class of 2020 with the commitment from Brenden Deasfernandes and AJ Lawson.
Deasfernandes, a recruit from Belleville, Michigan received his first D-1 offer when the Hawks offered him this weekend and he committed almost immediately.
