The calendar has turned to August and while it may still feel like summer outside, fall is officially upon us. The NFL kicked off their preseason last Thursday with the Hall of Fame Game and with that, football is officially back.
The Iowa Hawkeyes don’t kick off their season until the home opener against Illinois State on August 31st, but college football is back on your TV screens the week prior with a a full day of games on Saturday, August 24th.
Ahead of that kick off to college football in less than three weeks, USA Today released the preseason Coaches Poll on Monday.
