New Iowa head coach Ben McCollum’s work to build out the Hawkeye basketball roster continues this week. Not only does McCollum have visits lined, up but he kicked off the week in a strong way with the announcement on Monday afternoon that the Hawkeyes had landed a commitment from their first transfer portal prospect not previously at Drake.
That commitment came from former Kansas State guard Brendan Hausen, whose agent reported his intentions.
