It’s Week 5, and both Minnesota and Iowa are trying to bounce back from some disappointing losses. Iowa lost to Northwestern in its last game, leaving Hawkeye fans to wonder whether or not this team can win another game this season. Minnesota lost to Penn State in Beaver Stadium, making many Minnesota fans wonder if the NHL season has started. Things are not looking good for either side, and this is one of the least anticipated Battles for Floyd of Rosedale games in recent memory for both teams. Minnesota dominates on the ground and should have little to no problem doing the same to an Iowa defense that has yet to find any semblance of a defense this season, while Iowa should be able to throw against a weak Minnesota secondary if CJ Beathard can find a rapport with any of his receivers.
