IOWA CITY, Iowa -- Junior Eric Schenck-Joblinske drew a base-loaded walk in the bottom of the 11th- inning to give the 17th-ranked University of Iowa baseball team a 4-3 walkoff victory over Northern Illinois on Wednesday at Banks Field. It was the Hawkeyes' second walkoff win in four games.
"We found a way to get the win tonight," said UI head coach Rick Heller. "Dan Potempa had a big pinch hit and (Jake) Mangler had a great night.
