It’s a cool, rainy day in Iowa City this Friday, the eve of college football’s return to historic Kinnick Stadium. While that may put a damper on some of the campus visits occurring for a number of football and basketball prospects this weekend, as well as those of you planning to attend the FryFest activities in Coralville ahead of Saturday’s season opener, it’s not likely to impact Iowa’s week one matchup with #17 Indiana.
After weeks of high temps and limited rain in eastern Iowa, the weather pattern has shifted and temperatures are almost fall like heading into the first full weekend of college football.
