The Ukrainian has slipped to third in the pecking order on City's left flank, and hopes to force through a move after summer negotiations collapsed
Oleksandr Zinchenko is open to a move away from Manchester City after falling down Pep Guardiola’s pecking order, with Italy his preferred destination, according to the player’s agent.
The Ukraine international has been third-choice left-sided full-back for the champions this season, behind Benjamin Mendy and Fabian Delph, and at one stage in the summer had looked set to depart for Napoli.
Talks with the Serie A club collapsed after no agreement was reached with City over the terms of a possible transfer, but in an interview with Radio Marte , Zinchenko’s agent, Alan Prudnikov, reaffirmed his client’s desire to leave Manchester for Italy in order to re-start his career.
