Juan Carlos Osorio is officially still the manager of the Mexico national team. That is likely to last just a week longer. The Colombian tactician's contract is set to expire this month. He left the extension offers prior to the tournament unsigned, and it looks like his time in Mexico is done.
Osorio is in the mix for the vacant job to lead the U.S. national team or for the Colombia national team should Jose Pekerman step down. It's far to say opinions on Osorio were mixed, but he ultimately would leave a legacy of changing El Tri's mentality.
