The Pumas forward put his team ahead with an excellent overhead kick in the second half of its CONCACAF Champions League contest.
Forward Eduardo "Lalo" Herrera scored the opening goal of Pumas 2-0 victory over Honduras Progreso in CONCACAF Champions League play Thursday, and he did it in style.
In the 65th minute, second-half substitute Pablo Barrera moved to the top of the box and used his left foot to loop a ball to Herrera in the box. The 28-year-old Mexico international chested the ball to himself and put an overhead kick in for the opening goal.
