TERESOPOLIS, Brazil -- The last day of training at Brazil’s Comary Granja training complex ahead of the Rio Olympics saw star strikers Gabriel Jesus and Gabriel ‘Gabigol’ Barbosa face off in a penalty shootout showdown.
The squad flew to Goiania on Wednesday night to continue preparations for their Rio Olympics opener against South Africa in Brasilia on Aug. 4.
Wednesday’s training session saw the full squad join coach Rogerio Micale and ended with the two Gabriels taking young goalkeeper Ulison aside to practice their spot kicks.
