Kylian Mbappe was taken off in the first half of Paris Saint-Germain's match against Lyon on Sunday after a nasty collision with goalkeeper Anthony Lopes.
The French striker was reaching for a bouncing through ball from Marco Verratti when Lopes came charging out, getting a hand to the ball before wiping out Mbappe in a full-body collision.
Mbappe remained on the field for several minutes before leaving on a stretcher, with Julian Draxler coming on in the 36th minute.
That incident came just five minutes after Mbappe was involved in a separate scary sequence, as the 19-year-old was left bleeding after a clash of heads with Lyon's Houssem Aouar.
