The 45-year-old could play one more tournament or hang up the gloves to move into an administrative role, depending on market movement
Oscar "Conejo" Perez was set to call it a career, but the veteran Mexican goalkeeper, currently with Pachuca, now could stay on for another tournament.
The 45-year-old started his professional career in 1993 with Cruz Azul, but has continued to play at a high level and only recently lost his starting job at Pachuca. Tuzos may still have use for Perez in the upcoming Apertura season. They have the rights to goalkeeper Rodolfo Cota, who has been on loan with Chivas the last two tournaments.
