Chinese Super League side Tianjin Quanjian revealed they are poised to sign a player from Europe, but refused to confirm whether or not it is Borussia Dortmund star Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
The Gabon international has been linked with a move away from Dortmund, having made no secret of his desire to play for Real Madrid, however Tianjin Quanjian – led by Fabio Cannavaro – have emerged as a possible destination.
The 27-year-old – contracted until 2020 – could reportedly earn a lucrative weekly salary of €500,000 with the CSL side.
