The Guatemalan playmaker will miss up to a month as he rehabs from a knee injury.
Colorado Rapids midfielder Marco Pappa will miss the next two to four weeks with an MCL sprain in his left knee, the team announced Tuesday.
The playmaker was injured in the Rapids 2-1 victory over the New York Red Bulls on Saturday. The team said the injury will not require surgery and instead will have Pappa attempt to rehab the knee.
The Rapids are off to a surprising start to the MLS season with four wins, two losses and a draw over their first seven games, good for third place in the Western Conference.
