The South African football fraternity has joined the World Health Organisation (WHO)'s Safe Hands Challenge.
The challenge is used to promote the importance of washing hands amid the coronavirus outbreak.
South Africa is Sub-Saharan Africa's most impacted country with over 100 confirmed cases of Covid-19.
The PSL and National First Division (NFD) have been suspended and the South African Football Association (Safa) has since halted all football activities in the country.
Local coaches, players and even the PSL prosecutor Nande Becker have taken part in the Safe Hands campaign which urges everyone to wash their hands regularly for 20 seconds to keep themselves safe and prevent the transmission of the virus.
