Lena Oberdorf has signed a contract extension with Wolfsburg, just seven months after penning a new deal with the German side.
Central midfielder Oberdorf, who won Goal's first NxGn award for female players, signed a deal until 2023 last June after moving to Wolfsburg from SGS Essen. However, her impressive form for the six-time German champions has seen them tie her down to renewed terms until 2024.
The 19-year-old, who was part of the Germany side who won the U17s European Championship in 2017 and has since made 16 senior appearances for the national team after becoming her country's youngest ever full international, has played 15 games for Wolfsburg this campaign, scoring 10 goals.
