The Germany international reached the milestone in record time, easily besting the mark previously set by Oliver Reck
Bayern Munich goalkeeper Manuel Neuer set a Bundesliga record Saturday, becoming the fastest player to reach 100 clean sheets.
The 30-year-old was in goal for Bayern's 8-0 thrashing of Hamburg at the Allianz Arena, a result which saw him hit a century of clean sheets in 183 matches.
That mark easily bested the previous record of 232 matches, held by Werder Bremen's Oliver Reck.
It was a milestone-filled afternoon for Bayern, who rolled to victory in Carlo Ancelotti's 1,000th match as a manager.
