After all the furore surrounding his sacking, it turns out that Jose Mourinho was not the man who was pictured being driven away from Chelsea's training ground on Thursday.
The news of his departure was confirmed on Thursday afternoon with Mourinho apparently still on the club's training ground premises in Cobham just hours after he ate Christmas lunch with his staff and the players.
