Marcelo: Players are with Benitez

Real Madrid failed to capitalise on Barcelona's dropped points after only managing a 2-2 draw against strugglers Valencia.

Real Madrid right back Marcelo refused to get drawn into speculation about Rafael Benitez's future, saying the players must keep winning for the head coach.

Madrid was pegged back twice in a 2-2 draw against Valencia on Sunday, finishing the game with 10 men after Mateo Kovacic was shown a straight red card.

Pressure on Benitez is mounting, despite the club sitting just four points behind league leaders Atletico Madrid, but the defender said the players would continue to give their best for Benitez.
