The Croatian striker admitted that he had the final say in a move to the Chinese Super League, claiming he turned down huge money to remain in Italy
Nikola Kalinic has revealed that he turned down a reported €12 million annual salary offer from the Chinese Super League.
The Croatian striker was the target of CSL side Tianjin Quanjian, but intends to stay at the Serie A club for the foreseeable future.
Kalinic scored 12 league goals last season, but looks set to surpass that in the current campaign, having netted eight times in 17 games for Paulo Sousa's side.
