The France international has found a new club after being released by PSG following a season where he did not play a minute in Ligue 1
Rennes have completed the signing of Hatem Ben Arfa on a free transfer, with the former France international rejecting offers from Nice and other clubs.
The 31-year-old playmaker moves to Roazhon Park following an unhappy two-season stay at Paris Saint-Germain.
Ben Arfa has signed a one-year contract at Rennes, with the option of another 12 months.
The former Newcastle United and Nice favourite did not feature at all during 2017-18 for Ligue 1 champions PSG.
