Ahead of the latest release of the EA Sports tent pole, Goal had the chance to visit the company's base in Vancouver.
Electronic Arts’ base in Vancouver is the kind of place that appears on online lists of cool offices — while not quite Google and undergoing some renovation, it boasts a soccer pitch, a basketball court, a gym and plenty of tech and sits below the snow-tipped North Shore Mountains that overlook the city.
It is a regular haunt for the rich and famous as a result of the state-of-the-art motion capture studio next door to the main buildings, which, as well as welcoming professional athletes for work on EA Sports’ games, is also used for the filming of major movies.
