Iniesta surprised at Casillas-Del Bosque spat

The coach and veteran goalkeeper endured a tense relationship during the tournament in France, and Barcelona's star believed they had settled their difference

Andres Iniesta was surprised to see Vicente del Bosque and Iker Casillas clash during Spain's Euro 2016 campaign.

The veteran goalkeeper lost out to David de Gea in the starting lineup for the defending champions, and did not play a minute of their campaign, which ended with a 2-0 loss to Italy in the last 16.

Del Bosque, who stepped down as head coach after the tournament, accused Casillas of showing a poor attitude towards the coaching staff, although the duo made peace after the tournament.
