The Italian manager is back with the club he led to Serie A glory, having confirmed he rejected overtures from Santiago Bernabeu
Max Allegri has confirmed he turned down the chance to manage Real Madrid in order to have a second spell in charge of Juventus, saying he is looking forward to the "amusing" challenge of restoring the Turin giants to the top of Serie A.
Allegri was unveiled as Juventus manager for the second time on Tuesday, returning two years after he departed with Maurizio Sarri and Andrea Pirlo both having failed to replace him adequately in the Allianz Stadium dugout.
