The center back will be healthy enough to face Honduras and Panama after picking up a minor injury in Bundesliga action Saturday
Hertha Berlin has provided an injury-ravaged United States squad a boost by clearing John Brooks for the team's upcoming World Cup qualifiers.
Brooks picked up a minor knee injury in Hertha's 4-2 defeat to FC Cologne on Saturday – a game in which the center back scored a late header.
On Monday the club's Twitter account provided an update, saying Brooks was cleared to meet up with the U.S. squad as planned after undergoing an MRI.
