Harry Kane Named England Captain for 2018 World Cup Qualifier vs. Scotland

England manager Gareth Southgate has told reporters Tottenham Hotspur star Harry Kane will captain England in the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Scotland on Saturday.
