Guinea and Burundi will take on Egypt and Tunisia respectively ahead of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
The two sides are paired alongside with Nigeria in the Group B of the competition, with Madagascar completing the quartet.
The Syli Stars will face hosts Egypt at the Borg Al Arab Stadium on June 16 while debutants Burundi are expected to face the Carthage Eagles, with a date yet to be fixed.
Gernot Rohr's side are expected to face rivals Ghana and Senegal as they continue preparation for a return to the continental showpiece since 2013.
