The Asian champions will include some familiar faces to the Selecao when they go looking cause a major upset in Thursday’s Club World Cup semifinal in Yokohama.
There will be a distinctively Brazilian flavor on show Thursday when Asian champion Guangzhou Evergrande meets Barcelona in the FIFA Club World Cup semifinal.
While the likes of Dani Alves and Neymar (injury permitting) take the field for the Spanish champions, Chinese club Guangzhou will be led by former World Cup winner Luiz Felipe Scolari.
And Felipao will call on a whole host of Brazilians as he goes in search of an upset that could see him go on to cement his place as one of the most decorated coaches in football history, with no less than five star Brazilians set to play a part at the International Stadium Yokohama.
