Ghana international Afriyie Acquah admits Guinea-Bissau and Benin could spring a surprise during their group stage encounters at the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt.
The Black Stars have been drawn against the two unheralded teams, as well as defending champions Cameroon in Group F of the June 21-July 19 championship.
While Guinea-Bissau are set for just their second appearance at the continental gathering, Benin will be making their fourth outing.
“It’s always difficult when you play against teams like Guinea Bissau and Benin because you don’t know what they’ve got up their sleeves," Empoli ace Acquah told Football Italia.
