Wome has moved to Europe to further his playing career, and he will hope to use this as a stepping stone to greater things
Former SuperSport United and Orlando Pirates attacker Dove Wome has found a new home in Europe.
Wome penned a deal with Latvian side FK Ventspils and he was unveiled on Friday afternoon.
The Togolese forward had been without a club since parting ways with Matsatsantsa at the end of last season.
His future at the Tshwane-based club became bleak when he was loaned out to the Buccaneers two seasons ago.
He returned to SuperSport at the end of his loan spell, and while the club's technical team vowed to give him game, he ended featuring sparingly for the 2017 Caf Confederation Cup finalists.
