The Dutch soccer fans were filmed throwing coins at the beggars in the Spanish capital ahead of their Champions League match against Atletico Madrid at the Vicente Calderon.
Traveling PSV Eindhoven fans have caused controversy in Madrid after they humiliated beggars at the city’s Plaza Mayor.
Footage shows the Dutch club’s supporters chucking money on the ground and watching as the women scramble to pick up the coins, in some cases pushing each other out of the way to get there first.
As this is happening, cheers and demeaning chants appear to come from the PSV contingent.
