Brazilian singer Daniel sang in a touching tribute to Chapecoense tragedy victims.
It’s hard to maintain a journalistic objectivity when writing about a moment as touching as the Chapecoense tribute made Sunday in Orlando. When country singer Daniel sang the Brazilian standard ‘Nossa Senhora’, you could see the emotion that everyone attending the Bright House Networks Stadium was feeling.
Beside Daniel were Gabriel and Matheus, sons of coach Caio Junior, one of 71 the tragedy victims, and while the musician was singing the stadium big screen was showing images of Chape’s players and journalists who died in the plane crash.
