The Monaco striker found the back of the net against Spain, allowing him to move into sole position atop his country’s goalscoring charts
Radamel Falcao is now the most prolific goalscorer in the history of the Colombia national team.
The 31-year-old striker scored in the 55th minute in an international friendly against Spain to give his side a 2-1 advantage. It was Falcao’s 26th goal for his country in 65 games and moved him into the sole spot at the top of Colombia’s goalscoring charts.
He passed Arnoldo Iguaran, who scored 25 goals playing in 68 matches for Colombia from 1973-1993.
