United States head coach Bruce Arena has made six changes to his Gold Cup knockouts squad, with Tim Howard, Clint Dempsey and Michael Bradley among the new additions.
Every team is allowed to make up to six alterations to their squad following the Gold Cup group stage and Arena has taken the full quota to tweak his team.
