The beleaguered federation pushed through comprehensive reforms with a vote in Zurich on Thursday.
At long last, reform is coming to CONCACAF.
The confederation's member associations unanimously passed a series of reforms with a vote Thursday in Zurich, with the new guidelines going into immediate effect.
The vote marks the culmination of a nine-month reform process after CONCACAF president Jeffrey Webb, former president Jack Warner and former general secretary Chuck Blazer were among the executives embroiled in the FIFA corruption scandal. Alfredo Hawit, who took over as CONCACAF president in May, was arrested in December on corruption charges.
