It's no big secret that Canada doesn't have a huge talent pool to draw from. Relative to the big teams in CONCACAF, it could be argued that Canada's pool is more like a splash pad. Depth is non-existent compared to Mexico, the U.S. and even Costa Rica.
But what about the rest of the region?
Firstly, we need to realize that we're not talking about the micro-minnows that make up most of this quirky confederation. No one should be drawing comparisons between Canada and Dominica, Antigua, or Barbados.
