Coach Dunga will reveal his 23-man party for the special centenary version of football oldest international competition from The Brazilian football confederation (CBF) headquarters at 11 a.m. local time.
The 24-year-old’s presence has been confirmed at August’s Rio Olympics and the CBF have sent a formal letter to Barcelona to request Neymar’s presence at the Copa America, but the Spanish champion is reluctant to allow him to play in back-to-back international tournaments.
